Who can attend the Workshop?

The workshop is open to officials from competition agencies that are members of the ICN.

Participation of Non-Governmental Advisors is by nomination of their corresponding agency only.

Due to capacity constraints, registration is available for 2 officials and 1 NGA per jurisdiction. If your agency plans to request for additional registrations, please indicate in registration form.

How can I register for the Workshop?

Register by filling out the online registration form on the website.

After the registration form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

Is there any participation fee for the Workshop?

No, there is no participation fee.

However, participants or their institutions/agencies are responsible for covering travel, accommodation, and all other related expenses.

How do I know if my registration has been confirmed?

Your participation in the Workshop will be confirmed by an email which will be sent after your registration in the system.

I have not received confirmation of my registration.

May I register on site on the day of the Workshop?

No, on-site registration will not be possible.

Please note that online pre-registration is required for all participants.

I have already registered but I cannot attend. Can I cancel or transfer my registration?

Yes, in case you are not able to attend the conference, you should inform the workshop organizer as soon as possible via email:

The registration cannot be transferred without the organization's authorization.

Will laptops or personal computers be available for rent at the Workshop?

No, participants are encouraged to bring their own devices.

Will there be Wi-Fi at the conference venue?

Yes, basic Wi-Fi access will be provided at the conference venue.

What is the dress code for the Workshop?

You are kindly requested to wear business casual attire.

How can I book a hotel?

Participants must make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

Will I need a visa to travel to Taiwan?

Please visit the website of Bureau of Consular Affairs Ministry of Foreign Affairs to confirm whether your country requires a visa to enter Taiwan.

If you require a visa letter for your travel preparations, please indicate so during your registration.

Will transportation from the airport to the hotel be provided?

No, participants must make their own arrangements to get to their hotels.

Will interpreting services be provided during the conference?

No, interpreting services will not be available. The conference will be held in English.

Due to limited capacities, it is not possible to bring your personal interpreter.

Who can participate in the social program?

Only registered conference participants can participate in the social events.

What can I do if I am prevented from participating at short notice?

In this case, please inform the workshop organizer immediately.

This will help us to allocate the limited number of places as efficiently as possible. Please also let us know if you and/or the person accompanying you are prevented from attending the social events at short notice.
